Dança Afro Workshop with Master Dance Teacher Dill Costa
Dill Costa brings decades of experience as a dancer, performer, and teacher. Originally from Rio de Janeiro and based in Chicago since 2003, her artistic background spans samba, Afro-Brazilian dance, jazz, musical theater, and other forms of movement and performance.
Dança Afro brings movement and music together in ways that carry history, expression, and meaning. In this workshop, Dill will guide participants through the movements, the music, and what those movements communicate and represent.
